I'm a developer with a strong interest in privacy, self-hosting, and open-source software. I like owning my data, running my own services, and relying less on big platforms whenever possible.
This site is my main home on the web. The back end is plain PHP and the front end is vanilla JavaScript and CSS: no frameworks, no build step. I enjoy keeping things simple. I don't spend much time on social media, so if you find an account that isn't linked here, there's a good chance it isn't me.
I use this blog to write about whatever happens to catch my interest: projects I'm working on, things I've learned, random thoughts, and the occasional deep dive into something technical. It's also where I dump photos from walks, trips, and everyday life.
Most days you'll find me with music playing in the background; I rarely go without it for long. Outside of that, I'm usually gaming, slowly collecting trophies on Steam and PlayStation, tinkering with Android, or breaking and fixing something on Linux.
The site is held together with a handful of free services: ListenBrainz and Deezer for the music, Steam and PlayStation for the games, Lanyard for my live status, and FixTweet for the posts.
